Fintech Crowdfunding Solution for IIROC

Project for Toronto-based IIROC Merchant Bank established in 2005; the company has maintained a commitment to open communication, diversity, and innovation.

With a team of investment professionals, the company performs significant investment banking activity including lead mandates, underwriting syndicates, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and fairness options, and restructurings and sponsorships.

The Company is a member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF) and is a Participating Organization of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the TSX Venture Stock Exchange (TSXV).

The Project

The Project create a Crowdfunding cloud solution for the Company. The creation of a pioneering Crowdfunding space to actively participate in the education, advocacy, and implementation of best practices in the industry, and the overall growth and adoption of Financial Technology "FinTech" by participants of private capital markets.

The crowdfunding software objective is to change private financial markets at a fundamental level! The Solution is to develop strategically a proprietary software framework to provide unparalleled adaptability and flexibility for regulatory compliance, diverse asset structures, model business specifications, and localization requirements. The software is to be used primarily to power investment crowdfunding platforms, investment platforms for private placements, investor management platforms, and listings platforms for equity, debt, and alternative investments across all sectors.

Equity - The Solution will have built-in modules and compliance necessary to launch and operate an Equity crowdfunding platform. Allow businesses to secure seed and growth capital, while democratizing investor access to institutional quality investment opportunities.

Lending - The comprehensive solution for loan servicing or peer-to-peer (P2P) lending. The software will everything needed to automate the processes to disperse, track, and manage repayments regardless of the debt product.

Companies will use the platform to manage every aspect of their crowdfunding deals including marketing and distribution, managing earnings repayments to investors, and performance reporting.
