STEELMAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS INC. 2002 - Present

Vertical applications designed specifically to meet needs of manufacturers/suppliers of metal products. Imbedded with Oracle 10g infrastructure software and integrated to ACCPAC and Oracle Financial.

Managing Director

Directs technology and marketing initiatives with a mandate of rapid growth – growing sales from 0 to $10M in first 2 years. Serves as Executive Project Manager in new initiatives, managing teams of 40-60. In addition, handles financial, order entry, distribution, purchasing, EDI, warehouse and Web database.

  • Launched channel reseller programs and strategic alliances in Asia, Latin America and Europe

Wertex Hosiery Inc.
Designed/implemented the new LAN network, internet and email service plus system security. Created new business plan and expansion model, with short/long-term implementation plans.

ALR Technology Holdings
As interim VP Technology, c reated new business plan to implement/support InEfx Digital Video Player and Servers. Took product from portal to B2B solution that netted $6M savings from plan.

Manufacturer of web-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Systems (SCS).

Managed up to 50 projects simultaneously, successfully completing over 150. Increased sales from $1.5M to $4.5M over three years. Developed strategic business relationships and integrated with major second tier ERP systems. Client sales ranged from $150K to $1M.
